Your most common questions
Do you charge for a visit? Is it credited to the repair?
We charge a $99 on-site diagnostic fee, 100% credited once you approve the work. Slab-leak electronic detection starts at $350 and is also fully credited toward the repair.
Why not give a price range over the phone instead of visiting?
Every home is different — pipe age, leak location, and access all affect the final price. A number guessed over the phone is meaningless; a flat price after we see it in person is the one you can trust.
What pipe materials do you use? Are they California-code compliant?
We use copper, PEX-A, ABS, and PVC that meet the 2025 California Plumbing Code (CPC). All materials are NSF/ANSI certified and all work is permit-ready for AHJ inspection.
Which cities do you serve?
We cover Greater LA — primarily the Inland Empire (Chino Hills / Chino / Ontario / Rancho Cucamonga), the San Gabriel Valley (West Covina / Diamond Bar / Pomona), and surrounding cities.
Is there an extra surcharge for emergency service?
After-hours and holiday visits include an added service fee, confirmed by phone. Whenever we come out, you get a flat price before work and we only begin once you’ve signed off.
Fixing a small leak today costs far less than tomorrow’s water damage.
