SecurePipe is a C-36 licensed plumbing contractor based in Rancho Cucamonga, growing fast in ADU new construction and GC subcontracting work across the Inland Empire. We run lean, pay well, and don’t waste your time. If you know your craft and can read plans, we want to talk.
Position: Field Plumber — ADU New Construction + Residential Repairs
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Inland Empire)
Pay: $30–$38/hour, based on verified experience
Schedule: On-call/part-time to start, can grow to full-time
What You’ll Do
- Read and execute construction and plumbing plans — a hard requirement
- Complete underground rough-in, in-wall rough-in, and ceiling-penetration stages on ADU projects
- Coordinate schedules with GCs, framers, and city inspectors
- Pull sub-permits independently and pass city rough-in and final inspections
- Finish work and plumbing trim-out (fixtures, valves, water-heater connections)
- Handle residential repairs and service calls between construction phases
- Skilled with copper, PEX, ABS, and PVC piping systems
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on residential plumbing experience — new-construction experience is a hard requirement, not a plus
- Able to read plumbing plans — bring an example to the interview
- Experience pulling permits and passing city inspections
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Familiar with the California Plumbing Code (CPC) — able to cite sections, not just follow them
Note: Experience will be verified. We’ll ask for 2-3 project references (GC name, project address or inspection records) . Applicants whose new-construction experience can’t be verified won’t be considered for ADU projects.
