SecurePipe Plumbing is a growing licensed C-36 plumbing contractor based in Rancho Cucamonga. We are looking for experienced, independent-minded plumbers to join our team as we expand into ADU new construction and GC subcontracting work across the Inland Empire.
Open Position: Residential Plumber — ADU / New Construction + Service Repairs
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Inland Empire)
Pay: $30–$38/hr depending on verified experience
Schedule: On-Call / Part-Time to start, with path to full-time
What You Will Do
- Read and execute from architectural and plumbing plan sets
- Complete underground rough-in, in-wall rough-in, and top-out phases on ADU projects
- Coordinate timing with General Contractor, framers, and city inspectors
- Pull sub-permits and pass City rough-in and final inspections independently
- Trim-out and finish plumbing (fixtures, valves, water heater connections)
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues between new construction projects
- Work on copper, PEX, ABS, and PVC systems
Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on residential plumbing experience — new construction experience required
- Ability to read plumbing plan sets (be ready to show examples at interview)
- Experience pulling permits and passing City inspections independently
- Valid California driver license and reliable transportation
- Own basic hand tools
- Familiarity with California Plumbing Code (CPC)
Note: Experience will be verified. We will ask for 2–3 project references (GC name, project address, or inspection record). Applicants without verifiable new construction experience will not be considered for ADU projects.
